References to users in these terms apply to people of all genders.
1. Who we are and the scope of these terms
1.1. “Mikud.AI” (the “Service”) is operated by Mitchabrim LaAsiya Ltd., company no. 516783065, 2 HaMatmid Street, Herzliya, Israel (the “Company” or “we”), under the trading name KEISAR Consulting.
1.2. These terms apply to use of https://keisar.consulting, the Service workspace, and related communications. Together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and disclosure on the use of AI, they form the agreement between you and us.
1.3. Registering for or using the Service constitutes agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
2.1. The Service is an online competitor research sprint with seven sessions of about 30 minutes each. You and artificial intelligence tools (“AI”) discover, investigate, and rate competitors and alternatives to your business idea, then summarize the findings.
2.2. Targets, including about ten rated competitors and at least four previously unknown to you, are goals rather than guarantees. Results depend on the field, market, available online information, and your use of the Service.
2.3. The Service is a learning and research tool. It is not business, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice and does not replace such advice. Decisions based on the Service, including a Go/No-Go decision, remain yours and your responsibility.
2.4. Competitor research does not test demand, willingness to pay, distribution, or economic viability and does not guarantee business success.
3. Eligibility and accounts
3.1. The Service is intended for people aged 18 and older for professional or business use.
3.2. Provide accurate, current details. Each account is personal. Do not transfer it or share sign-in credentials.
3.3. Keep credentials confidential. Notify us promptly in writing if you suspect unauthorized account use.
4. Pricing, payment, and receipts
4.1. The free pilot is provided without charge under the Pilot Participation Terms.
4.2. For a paid service, the price is shown before purchase in Israeli shekels, including VAT. Payment is one-time, without a subscription or recurring charge.
4.3. This beta provides free access using a 100% promotional discount. There is no charge, credit-card requirement, or paid renewal. Any future service purchase requires a separate, explicit order with pricing and terms presented in advance.
4.4. A receipt will be emailed for every payment.
4.5. Workspace access remains available for 30 days from the sprint’s start unless your offer states otherwise.

12.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for it during the twelve months before the event.
12.3. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional harm or gross negligence.
13. Suspension and termination
13.1. You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time.
13.2. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach. We will notify you in writing and allow an opportunity to remedy it, unless there is a risk of harm, a security issue, or unlawful activity.
14. Communications
We send service messages by email using your details. Promotional messages require consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
Israeli law governs these terms. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.
16. Changes to the terms
Material changes will be announced on the website and by email at least 14 days in advance. Changes will not apply retroactively to a sprint you have already paid for.

Current beta framework
The beta is intended for up to five participants. Each receives up to one month of access from activation through a 100% promotional discount. There is no automatic renewal or transition to a paid plan.
Each beta account has an AI budget of up to US$5 based on a conservative estimate of provider cost. Before a request, an amount is reserved based on its estimated maximum cost. If insufficient budget remains, the action stops before submission. The allowance does not reset monthly. The administrator may stop abusive use. Pausing AI does not delete research or prevent manual work and saving during the access period.
