The experience behind the tools

I turn ideas into businesses people understand and want to buy from.

This is where I feel at home: between the first spark and the moment an idea takes shape, with a market, numbers, and a credible story. For as long as I can remember, I have modeled ideas and businesses. It is both my passion and the way I bring value to the world.

Idan Keisar

I have been on both sides of the table

I assess a venture as a consultant and understand it as an entrepreneur.

I developed financial discipline at PwC. I learned the practical realities by founding and managing companies, including Impact Labs, a center for innovation, hardware, and advanced manufacturing. I understand what an investor, grant reviewer, or business partner will ask, and what it is like for the entrepreneur who needs to answer.

For more than three years, I have worked regularly with AI systems, integrations, and implementation. I connect the breadth of AI-assisted research with human judgment, financial experience, and practical knowledge of hardware and Physical AI.

Connecting disciplines is the expertise

Four fields brought together in practice.

Start with the business need, research it thoroughly, and connect finance, strategy, technology, and execution.

Entrepreneurship and finance

Examine a venture through the eyes of the entrepreneur, investor, and person approving a budget or grant.

Research and strategy

Get up to speed in a new field, find the information that matters, and turn it into a clear course of action.

Hardware and Physical AI

Understand what happens when software meets machines, manufacturing, prototypes, and the physical world.

Operations and AI

Connect people, AI tools, and systems in a clear workflow that moves from experimentation to execution.

What working together feels like

An entrepreneur’s curiosity. A CPA’s discipline.

I enter your world without pretending to know everything, learn quickly, ask direct questions, and stay until there is a deliverable you can use.

01 | Go deeper

Learn the field, beyond the brief

Understand the market, technology, and customers before rushing to an answer.

02 | Connect people

Speak engineering, finance, and business

Translate between entrepreneurs, product teams, investors, and professional organizations so everyone can move forward.

03 | Finish with something useful

Turn thinking into a deliverable

The work ends with a table, presentation, model, decision, or next step you can act on.

What clients say

After working together.

Feedback from clients I have supported with strategy, research, business plans, and financial models.

We built the company’s business strategy and business model from scratch, after analyzing every element of the venture’s future activities and examining all our underlying assumptions. My entire team, the cofounders, and everyone we showed the deliverables to praised Idan’s thorough work.

As part of our work with Idan, he received dozens of pages of unprepared materials and a mountain of information to analyze, refine, edit, and understand, ultimately producing a new business plan and financial model for the company. He also researched our market, competitive environment, competitors, and relative added value. The final deliverables we received after several weeks were rich, professionally and clearly written, and based on extensive credible research and well-supported facts.

What surprised me most was Idan’s ability to dive quickly into a completely new market and come to know it as though he had worked in it for decades. That ability seemed entirely natural to him, though it certainly was not to me. Idan is a real asset to any team, and it was a pleasure working with him.
